The refrigerator could not fit through the doorway, so JB planned a controlled window entry. Traffic control, custom MDF protection and protection around the marble counter formed part of the plan.

The complete handling method
Glebe fridge access constraints
Parking the truck safely was difficult at the Glebe location, so traffic control was required before unloading could begin. The 250 kg commercial refrigerator could not pass through the available doorway, which ruled out a conventional delivery route.
Planning the window entry
The front window provided the workable entry point, but the refrigerator had to travel over a marble bench before reaching the interior. The window area, bench and complete internal movement path were assessed together before lifting began.
Custom MDF protection
The refrigerator was fully wrapped and enclosed with MDF to create a rigid protective shell. The marble bench and surrounding contact points were also protected before the item was brought through the window.
Managing the final clearance
Inside the shop, the route included approximately three steps and restricted clearance. Components at the top of the refrigerator were temporarily removed so the unit could be tilted safely and guided into its final position.
Commercial fridge placement outcome
From access planning and protective preparation through to the window entry and final placement, the complete specialist delivery was completed within five hours.
