The complete handling method
Brewing vessel access constraints
The vessels occupied a working hospitality venue. The route included a raised internal edge, a doorway that needed removal, an uneven external footpath, traffic considerations and nighttime work.
Planning the vessel relocation
The complete route was assessed before execution. A safety plan and Safe Work Method Statement documented the movement sequence, access preparation, floor protection, loading position and road-transport requirements.
Vessel lifting and transport equipment
A HIAB-equipped truck, electric pallet jack, specialist pallet jacks, rated slings and suitable lifting equipment were selected for distinct stages of the relocation.
Brewing vessel relocation outcome
All three vessels were relocated using one coordinated methodology covering the internal room, doorway, footpath, loading position and destination.
