How do I receive my referral code?⌄
Verify your email. JB checks customer eligibility or reviews the partner application, then activates one reusable code.
Is the 5% calculated before GST?⌄
Yes. It is 5% of eligible JB service charges before GST, capped at $150 per eligible job, and appears as a separate quote and invoice line.
When is a reward eligible?⌄
Only after eligible work is completed, the invoice is fully paid and the clearance period passes. An enquiry, quote or deposit alone does not qualify.
What can a referrer see?⌄
Only privacy-safe referral progress and reward status. Contact details, addresses, quotes, documents and operational notes remain private.
Can I add a code after calling JB?⌄
Tell Sales as early as possible. A verified code can be attached before attribution locks. Late claims require review.
