How does it work?

  1. Free Site Visit – We assess and discuss your move requirements and set the date for your ‘Ultimate Move’
  2. Pack – On the set date we arrive to pack, label, organise and streamline your move  – so you don’t spend weeks living with boxes.
  3. Moving Day – We work and oversee the removalists to ensure a stress-free move and that everything is safely transferred and arrives at your new destination with our highly trusted JB’s removalists.  Boxes are placed in your designated labelled rooms.
  4. Unpack – The following day the same team of ladies or males arrive promptly and early to unpack, set up and stylise your home as required ready for your arrival.

How long will it take to pack my home?

We offer a starter package of 1 professional packers for a 4-hour minimum. Our professional staff can pack an average of 6 cartons per person, per hour…this is fast compared to other companies!

1 – 2 bedroom: 4 – 6 hours -2 JB’s official packers

3+ bedrooms: 6+ hours -2 JB’s official packers

Additional packers may be employed for larger homes for a speedier service.

How long will it take to unpack my home?

Our packing team will pack your belongings in a logical way will enable the unpacking process to go smoothly and efficiently. You can expect that your empty house will become a home in approximately the same time frame as packing. We will also remove all empty boxes and packing material.

How will the staff know where everything goes?

Our professionally trained team of packers will ensure that the contents of your home are put away in the most orderly and logical fashion. You can liaise with the co-coordinator or simply get on with your day and know that everything will be unpacked perfectly, making your life so much easier.

Do I need to be present during the job?

Some of our clients like to be very involved during the job, giving specific instructions throughout the day, some clients have full-time work and need to out-source some help and many of our clients are expectant Mothers or elderly who just need a little assistance. No matter what your circumstances are, you are welcome to stay and direct or leave the job to us and we will give you the grand tour when we have finished… The choice is yours!
